About event

Czech National Revival is a time when our language was formed and people were led to national awareness. A large part of his representatives came from Prague, in which she also spent often dramatic lives. He will start on Jungmann Square at the statue of Josef Jungmann, considered one of the fathers of modern Czech. Then the street of the same name moves in front of the house no. 24, in which Karel Sabina lived, the author of the libretto of the legendary Bartered Bride . He turns into Palackého Street, where the "father of the nation" lived František Palacký, František Ladislav Rieger, an important politician and Vítězslav Hálek, a legendary poet. We will go back to Jungmann's house in which MUDr. Václav Staněk, "Revival physicians", organized by the famous Czech -language salons, with regular guests Božena Němcová and Karel Jaromír Erben.
