This evening will guide you through: PhDr. Jiří Zíka - a psychologist who has been devoted to hypnosis for forty years. He works as a hypnotherapist, lecturer and coach of clinical hypnosis. The lecture is suitable for both those who have already encountered hypnosis, as well as for complete newcomers. This is due to the fact that our body and mind work according to the natural rhythm of activity - relaxation. We all have the opportunity to use the internal resources necessary for desired changes.

Hypnotherapist helps the client to awaken these hidden options. It uses different procedures - from direct suggestions to telling stories and parables. The uniqueness of each of us is also reflected in the way we experience hypnosis. We all have “our hypnosis”. Some may experience increased awareness of the reasons, others are pleasantly surprised by the feeling of deep relaxation.
