1. DAY (July 7): Anchor in the Storm (Stability and Emotion Aid) ⚓
Schedule of blocks: • 10:00 - 11:00 • 13:00 - 14:00 • 16:00 - 17:00
What awaits you? Presentation and active training of the "Emotion Aid" calming method. Learn about ways to calm emotions and find stability in times of uncertainty. In difficult moments, we help you find solid ground under your feet through crisis intervention techniques and practical first aid tools for your nervous system.
2. DAY (July 8): Mirror of the soul (Art therapy and self-knowledge) 🎨
Timetable: • 10:00 – 12:00 • 13:00 – 16:00
What awaits you? Sometimes words are not enough. ✨ What if you looked at your story differently? Today belongs to expressive therapy. Discover new ways of understanding your own story in a safe environment. Even art therapy helps us get to know our inner world and express what cannot be described in words. We focus on the process of creation, which helps to process emotions and reveal hidden personal resources.
3. DAY (July 9): Architects of balance (Supervision and coaching) 🏗️
How to maintain balance at work and in life?
Timetable: • 09:00 – 12:00 • 13:30 – 18:00
What awaits you? We offer an introduction to the InaK aKo approach for your further growth in your professional and possibly personal life. Discover the power of supervision and job coaching, which help protect against burnout, bring clearer boundaries and help find solutions where you can no longer see them yourself. Together we will map your inner resources so that you feel in balance in life again.
There will also be refreshments and a small gift.
