Dive with us into the arms of forest cacao medicine, which will transfer us from head to body and deepen our connection with our true selves.

What awaits us:
Somatic relaxation of the body – We become aware of our body and what is happening in it. Using relaxation exercises, breathing and visualization, we release stored tension in the body and better open ourselves to the whole process.
Connecting with the Cacao Spirit - Each plant has a spirit that we can connect with and learn from. Cocoa spirit tunes us to the earth element, warms our heart and stimulates blood circulation. It helps open the heart energy center, which changes our perception and emanation. It brings relaxation and feelings of bliss to the space. We ask it to guide us to our intentions and let the wisdom of the forest guide us.
Sound therapy, chanting, mantras, channeling - coming from the heart, intuition and higher guidance, bring what is in the moment for example Sound = vibration is one of the oldest forms of healing ever. It penetrates deep into our tissues and harmonizes us at the cellular level.
Deep work with breath and visualization - through purifying breathing techniques (kriya) we look into our inner worlds and free ourselves from everything that binds us.

Denisa, who brings experience in teaching yoga, bodywork, shamanism and communication with the spiritual world. She learned from natural tribes in the Peruvian jungle where she worked with cacao and various plant guides. They create rituals for groups and individuals, where the essence of Eastern and Western cultures intermingle. Through sound and energy, he will guide you on a journey of discovering your innermost layers.
