We invite you to ride into the landscapes of your inner self on the back of a mythical animal along secret, long-forgotten paths shrouded in intoxicating smoke. With Martina Dobiášová, we will experience a shamanic journey, which Anna Mothejlová will accompany with a bouquet of wonderful scents.

The winter solstice opens the gates of the lower worlds. We descend to the roots of our own subconscious, to the ancestors, to the roots of the Mother herself. The herbs of this period are guides on the way to the lower world. They purify, contract, slow down and induce a meditative state leading to contemplation.
During our time together, we will learn more about the herbs belonging to this period. We smell the essential oils, touch the herbs and envelop ourselves in the smoke, which will help us descend.
The purifying herbs, through their aromas and intoxicating effects, take us on the waves of smoke into deep relaxation. We can feel their energy with all our senses, sight, touch, but mainly smell - in several forms. We will then connect their essence with the shamanic path itself.
What is the shamanic path? A gentle but deeply imaginative technique with a shamanic drum. It allows you to delve into subconscious contents, safely explore inner landscapes and converse with their inhabitants. According to the traditional idea, the drum is a living being – an animal that can be used to travel to other worlds. In the circle, we focus on a safe space for work and sharing. After returning, there is enough space to record everything in a "travel diary" that can be returned to.
