🗺️ Traveler, blogger and photographer Zdenko Somorovský alias SlovakTraveler.sk has been actively traveling around the world for more than 20 years. He visited more than 60 countries of the world, about which he wrote numerous reports and photographed many historical sites.
He cordially invites you to the lecture FOLLOWING THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE PORTUGUESE COLONIAL EMPIRE, which will be dedicated to the story of a small nation that in the past dominated 2 world oceans and its influence spread over 3 continents.
My goal is to transport the audience directly to the places where significant events of the Portuguese maritime empire took place, to critically examine its nature, influence on former colonies and world history. A great benefit of the lecture will be the current information obtained directly from the field during my several years of travels from many world locations such as (Portugal, Morocco, the Azores, the Cape Verde Islands, African Mozambique, Arab Oman, Portuguese India or northern Brazil), which share the same story, in the past they were part of the Portuguese colonial empire. the Portuguese dictatorship, about the colonial war, but there will also be my travelogue reflections and funny experiences.
