The discussion will investigate how they experience and perceive justice survivors - victims of gender -related violence and how their experience affects not only fair society but also protection against various types of violence against women.
International research has repeatedly confirmed over the past 20 years that the outcome of different proceedings was fair. Slovak research on the experience of women experiencing violence points to similar "gaps in justice" for which women expressed frustration and exhaustion. Some of them also mentioned that if they estimated what their journey would look like, they would not disclose violence.
These conclusions torpedo the idea of being a fair society that protects not only individuals, but also actively cares for the protection of the whole society from violence. Burajová talk to Slávka Karkošková and Daniel Ralaus.
