I cordially invite you to a live Chakradance workshop focused on the heart chakra. 💚
What awaits you at the workshop?
A lot of new, unknown, magical ✨
In a safe, kind and sacred space, I will guide you through several guided meditations, we will dive into the dance of all seven chakras and dance through the heart chakra as well. We open ourselves to compassion and LOVE.
We immerse ourselves in the waves of self-discovery and coexistence in joy and femininity. 💃🔥🌹💚
What is Chakradance?
Chakradance is a kind, gentle and profound form of dance (movement) therapy that heals and relaxes.
It is a cocktail mixed from Jungian psychology, guided meditation, guided visualization, beautiful high-vibration music and the creation of mandalas - mandala art. 💃
Who am I?
My name is Silvie Tomanová and I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, lover of life, femininity and discovering the essence of our being 🤩❤️
