About event
We will introduce you to Chalk Paint™ decorative colors and you will learn many basic techniques:
shabby style with visible brush structure
cracking the surface with warm air
glazing
modern smooth style
patination using two colors
use of dark antique wax
surface treatment with light wax
variants of using white and black wax, with which you can create, for example, industrial or seaside style.
We will also point out possible pitfalls and add something extra :) You will try all the techniques on a wooden practice board, which you can take home when you are finished, you will try dyeing the fabric on cotton canvas, and you can take all of this home with you. After completing the workshop, you can easily transform your own piece of furniture!
