Ponava says goodbye to the old era and the old leadership and looks forward to a new tomorrow. Come check out all TOMMORROW'S PARTIES with us - and who else but our heartiest bands Urband, [che] and MAU3. Add to that the psychedelic projection of Bubacka and a party as it should be in the world.
URBAND - a street rascal who sucks a song into his bone-shaking gears and grinds it into a form that resembles a roar coming from a suspicious local after closing time. We guarantee street bravado and cafe sentiment! The Urband music group was formed around 2002 in Brno from various improvised groups performing street music (busking) in the Czech Republic and throughout Europe. It plays a mixture of Russian songs, jazz, waltz, tango or blues and is referred to as (see above) street strumpet - even by the band itself. Starring T. Vtípil, V. Červenka, P. Všianský.

The group [che] was founded in 2000 as a free association of the violinist Tomáš Vtípil and accordionist Radim Babak. From the beginning, he has been dedicated to creating original songs with a rather bizarre stylistic inclusion: acoustic harcore chanson. therefore, these are songs with a rather raw expression in places, which is achieved by very chamber means, most often only a basic combination of instruments - accordion and violin. However, [che] draws inspiration from a fairly wide range of sources, from aleatorics and minimalism to pub crawls. An important element is Babak's expressive texts, showing a similar formal dispersion – from primitive rhyme to prepared text.

MAU 3 - “Music As Usual in Three” comes from a simple interest in performing music that you may have heard before. He wants to follow up on home music-making, as it probably took place in pre-reproduction times, albeit with contemporary instruments and with the listening experience of what today's media offers. MAU 3 is based on jazz, art rock and pop. It does not destroy, it does not discover, it does not aspire, it sails with a minor current. He can entertain himself and others in the composition: Vladimír Strakoš - piano, Štěpán Žák - double bass, Kuba Jíra - drums.
BUBAČKA - audio/video installation by artist Tereza Damcová, also known as Frida Kakao or Bubačka. At her installation, she invites us to the World of her colorful and strange visions (or "actors"). Sometimes playful, sometimes horrible, sometimes childishly smiling, sometimes monstrously fatal, full of sex, death, smiles, colors and juices, the way life goes and the way we like it. The world out there merging indistinctly with the world in there, both worlds of mature psychonauts are full of everything that is and is not of this world, except boredom. Come on a trip with Frida! And fly through a diverse range of beings, moods and modes of consciousness in an installation on the border between graphics and animation.
