☛ Conflicts are a common part of interpersonal relationships. Many conflicts contain violence or potential to make it occur. The stress we experience in conflicts together with the strategies that we occupy in them are directly related to whether the violence will occur and what it will look like. According to your personal choice, you will get into various (pleasant and unpleasant) interactions with others and go through the most common scenarios that you will deal with in different roles with different approaches.
