Tomiko becomes a bus conductor and falls for a driver, Kiitaka. She suspects the cool and detached young man is actually a serial killer. It's a slow-burning and doomed romance, a drift towards eros and destruction. LABYRINTH OF DREAMS is Gakuryû (Sogo) Ishii's enigmatic and lyrical cinematic poem of love, death and dreams.
