In honor of Santo António, the marches of Lisbon are an identity and cultural brand of the city that goes far beyond the parade on Avenida da Liberdade on the night from 12 to 13 June. To give visibility to the backstage work developed by the collectivities of the Lisbon neighborhoods, which maintain this living tradition, the Lisbon Museum - Santo António organizes this cycle of conversations.
«As if a winner is made» is the theme of the first meeting, scheduled for April 29. The guests of this inaugural conversation are the coordinators of the winning marches of the last 25 years - Alcântara, Alfama, Alto Pina, Bica, Castelo, Madragoa and Marvila - that the Lisbon Museum - Santo António challenged to share their experiences about the preparation of a march, the involvement of the neighborhoods and what the victory means. eudelisboa.pt/en/events/16996-ciclo-conversas-coletivities-marchas/">https://museudelisboa.pt/en/events/16996-ciclo-conversas-coletivities-marchas/
