About event
In this theater season, we have prepared five foreign guest performances in Činohra, with which we wanted to introduce you to quality European ensembles and important topics. At the same time, we wanted to introduce you to our nearby partner theaters.
One of them has been the Drama of the National Theater in Prague for decades. Our precious colleagues from ND Prague will come to us on December 11, 2024 with their latest production Mrs. Bovaryová. The production premiered just in November and has already become a hit with the audience.
Don't miss the adaptation of Gustave Flaubert's novel about the desire for passion and intoxication, but also about the power of disillusionment.
Madame Bovary as an iconic story of longing for passion, bliss and intoxication. As a tragedy of the power of disillusionment, which is stronger than the will to live. And like the immortal power of romantic ideas and the cruelty of being powerless to fulfill them.
WARNING: A smoke machine is used in the performance.
Suitable for audiences aged 14 and over.
