About event
Ľudovít Štúr is undoubtedly a prominent figure in literary life, but his pedagogical mission is also important.
We cannot forget the political struggles or the participation in the revolution of the eighties.
He became the founder of one of the most prominent generations of authors, which still bears the name Štúrovci.
We will provide a look at his life, as well as his importance in our world of literature and history, during the event with a lecture, a live speech and a recording of the production Prophet Štúr and his shadows, which approximates the fates of the Štúrovci generation.
The artistic context of the creation of the Štúrovci generation. doc. Štefan Bučko.
