About event
Circusbende presents two circus companies Humo Y Polvo and Las Corpa, which were one of the public favorites at the festival last year. These two companies are now showing a work-in-progress of their exciting performance Obsolete Elegance in CC Amstel. With a dinner before!
Humor, metamorphosis and absurdism have been braided through this performance as a common thread. Inspired by the deformed - by what is broken and torn apart - the artists create a world far beyond reality. With the help of circus techniques such as ACRODANS and ROUW, but also through comedy and costume, you end up in an energetic rapids.
Prior to the performance, you can also eat (vegetable)! Circusbende enters the kitchen of CC Amstel and makes a special head and dessert for the visitors who are hungry. So you can only buy tickets for the show, as well as for show and dinner.
