About event
This year we commemorate 120 years since the creation of the architectural monument of the Old Wastewater Treatment Plant from 1906. The start of a new season and at the same time the opening of a new chapter in the functioning of this unique place. The cleaning plant is gradually being activated so that it is open to people as a space for cultural programs, meetings and everyday spending of time. A place for families with children, sports, history and contemporary art.
This summer's musical program will be opened by a dj set by performer Mor Wen, a live performance by Cringe Prince and the band Market.

Mor Wen (part of the Glory Affairs collective) creates situations in which sound, movement, cooking, painting, sculpture and sewing meet. Her practice grows out of working with memory, recording and bodily experience: she composes sound collages from fragments of recordings and personal and shared memories, which she develops in live performances and DJ sets. It is also part of the project Šrámy / la débattue — site-specific research at the border between circus, physical theater and visual art and video art. The project addresses the wounds of the colonial past and explores how this pain can be articulated, shared and transformed into a healing process. In his tracks, he tries to avoid classic rap clichés and combines a wide range of influences from trap and phonk rhythms to improvised passages. He approaches each project like a film director: he perceives individual EPs and albums as separate "movies" with different moods, from horror to comedy. His lyrics are often introspective, critically self-reflective and also touch on mental health topics.

After a five-year hiatus, the five-piece from Prague is back with a new long-playing record, Love Bombing, which received a nomination for the Apollo Award for album of the year. The record was released on October 31, 2025 by Pocahontas Collective and was mixed and mastered by Kryštof Kříček. It also includes collaborations with Tána Lvovská, Katarina Marosi and Haru.
"Love Bombing is an album that breaks down and reassembles itself in endless cycles of tension and relief. Market have transformed the disorientation of the present into a sound that offers more of a mirror to our weary minds than answers. Every note, every seemingly out-of-place moment embodies the mental noise that accompanies our lives in an era of constant connectivity and overload. Yet from this cacophony something disturbingly beautiful and human emerges. Is Love Bombing an escape? Me I think it's more of an attempt to capture the feeling of being in time, when everything around us vibrates sometimes unbearably intensely. Chaos that pulsates through the body, even when the screens have long been turned off." (Karin Nestešová, Full Moon). symbolically.
