About event
We cordially invite you to the afternoon full of literature, music and joy of creativity! I read the event, write, sing children, teachers, parents and the general public to celebrate the joy of reading, writing and music. You can look forward to a rich program that will present long-term activities of the library and young talents of the region. It supports reading habits, information literacy and in a fun way the world of books. During the school year, children visit the library, discover its premises, participate in creative workshops, discussions, exhibitions and educational activities - including working with 3D printing, ozobotmi or microbits. At the event we will appreciate the most active participants who not only borrowed books, but also actively participated in the life of the library. In 2025 the competition takes place in three age categories, genres poetry and prose and any theme was the personality and legacy of Ľudovít Štúr. The expert jury, composed of regional writer and educators, selected the most interesting contributions whose authors will be ceremonially awarded during this event.
