About event
Alena Sabuchová, an author and screenwriter with an intense relationship to stories, visual arts and good food, set the novel Call me Mandy in a wider time horizon in Czechoslovakia. The historical story takes place in the second half of the 20th century. Hear music in it, tones of love, but also pain. The narrator is a teenage girl who is only a girl in the story for a moment, pretending to tell from the point of view of a ninety-year-old woman.
Reading: Lenka Libjaková
Musical guest: Kriss Krimm (Kristína Smetanová)
