We invite you to the celebratory premiere of one of the nicest films about a breakup. As a matter of fact! Director Hlynur Pálmason shows with his unique cinematic poetics how much value can remain from love, even when everything seemed to be gone. Before the screening you can look forward to a sweet Icelandic delight from Artic Bakehouse, after the screening we invite you to have a drink in the foyer of the cinema.

Far, far away, in a small Icelandic town, a family of five with a shepherd dog enjoys a late dinner. They look happy and content, sheltered from the dangers of the world around them. The mother, a talented artist, is preparing her most extensive work. Father earns money on a fishing boat. Teenagers are lucky enough to live in perfect harmony with nature. There are no right-wing extremists or murderers in this film. Just normal people with normal feelings and problems. You will see ordinary little things like: hikes, dog bathing, snow, food, frozen fish, wellies, seasons, killer whales, summer dresses. Humor, sex...or lack thereof. Just the things that really matter. However, there is something hidden beneath all this that we do not understand. Something ancient, animalistic. The movie is called "What's left of our love". Look at him. But you can easily go to something else. That's cool.
