About event
During December, the photographic "Exhibition - what unites us" will be freely accessible in OC VIVO. Its goal is to increase understanding between people, including towards people whose life stories are linked to health handicaps or social exclusion.
On the day of the opening of the exhibition, there will be discussions with two couples from the exhibition. Some just got married, others celebrated their 25th anniversary. Both couples succeed in being an example and support for other people with a similar story. Come get to know them and perhaps expand your understanding.
The opening of the exhibition will take place in the cafe Lepší prómet. By participating (buying a coffee, a cookie...) you can also support the beautiful idea of this cafe, which is the first therapeutic cafe in Slovakia. You can learn more about the cafe at https://lepsipribeh.sk/ or on their Facebook page.
Author of the exhibition: Miriam Bieliková
Author of photographs: Marek Polanka
Texts of the exhibition are available via QR codes in Slovak, English, Hungarian and Ukrainian languages, also in versions for visually impaired people.
