a farm, a recording studio-that is not the plot of a British Indie films, but the reality of one of the most exciting new guitar bands of the UK. Coach Party, the quartet of the Isle of Wight, still lives and works on the small island that you love and hate at the same time. A second album has arisen between rural escape fantasies and coffee, which is hard to beat in terms of urgency, energy and emotional depth: "Caramel". What sounds so cute is in truth, a raw, deep personal work over self -doubt, mental health and the incessant struggle with herself. Singer and bassist Jess Eastwood describes the development process of songs such as "Georgina" as a cathartic, tears. These are these moments of radical openness in which "Caramel" shines. The result: lines like "I Miss MySelf/I Want To Get Back", which are as vulnerable as it is true.
This radical honesty is the backbone of the band. Each of the four - in addition to Jess and Steph also guitarist Joe Perry and drummer/producer Guy Page - brings in his innermost thoughts: about failed relationships, the coercion, and the desire for anesthetic, in order to get through the day at all. Despite or precisely because of this severity, "Caramel" sounds electrifying. The choruses are large, the melodies catchy, the sound raw and rousing. References range from hole to gymnastics to Wolf Alice - and yet coach Party have long since been to define their own style.
Your concerts are legendary: They recently supported sizes such as Queens of the Stone Age or Royal Blood, they are now aiming on their own sold -out halls. Your lead single "Girls!" With the explosive chorus "Where the Fuck Are My Girls?" If there is less battle cry than an invitation: if you get a coach party concert, it is part of it. Unconditionally. It's about community, not about labels. And the rare experience of feeling in music.
In spring 2026 the band finally comes back to Germany - with three exclusive concerts in Cologne, Munich and Berlin. If you are looking for the feeling of not being alone with your abysses - and at the same time dancing euphorically with a thousand others - this should not be missed. Coach party make music that heals without glossing over. And her whole force unfolds live.
