For entering our community we recommend to join the Tuesday easy 5km community run. 🏃🏻♀️ 🏃🏽 🏃🏽♂️ 🏃🏻♀️ 🏃🏽
Every Tuesday evenig at the same time we meet from 19:30 at Elias Coffee Shop which is situated by the hotel Almanac x Alcron Prague.
You can change into running gear on the toilet of hotel. You can keep your stuff in Elias Coffee Shop during the whole event as the coffee shop is open only for us - Trackies.
At 20:00 we start the run. 💯
Aim of this run is to socialize with the community, run together as one group and learn the basic routines of healthy running.
For someone it can be a first run in their life. 🫶🏾
We run together through the downtown of Prague and along the river. The tempo of run is 6:30-7:10/km.
Run includes the dynamic warm up after the first kilometers. After run we do cool down stretching in front of coffee shop.
Last but not least we take the group picture on the stairs of hotel 🏨 and we continue in networking
