Community Event am Boxhagener Platz
Event by: For Everyone
Location: Wellbeing for Everyone gUG (haftungsbeschränkt), Gärtnerstraße, Berlin - Bezirk Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg
About event
German:
A Afternoon for encounters, exchanges and creative collaboration!
The Community Café No. 52at Boxhagener Platz has developed into an open meeting place since 2024 - a place where belonging and civic engagement grow. Together, For Everyone and the Karuna Social Cooperative invite you to a networking event where partner organizations, interested neighbors, representatives of the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district, local politicians and supporters meet.
We would like to start a conversation, exchange ideas and get creative together.
Look forward to it on:
- an open workshop to design a Fabric World Map that makes diversity and community visible
- the painting and glazing of “forgotten” ceramic pieces - to take away!
- a brief presentation of our work and insights into the community
- catering, meetings and a cozy atmosphere
- shared eating with neighbors, also with people without a permanent residence
An afternoon that shows how commitment can change cities.
