The URGO Foundation, founded in 2010, supports and trains healthcare professionals to improve patient care. Since its inception, the Foundation has been committed to the fight against epidermolysis bullosa, a rare genetic disease that affects many children around the world. It supports scientific research by awarding prizes and subsidies to researchers for their innovative projects. Faced with the increase in chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers and leg ulcers around the world, the Foundation carries out prevention and awareness activities among healthcare providers, in collaboration with healthcare professionals and scientific associations known for their expertise
