The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 2024 International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine will take place at the Instituto Superior Técnico Congress Center, from December 3 to 6, on the theme “Bridging The Research and Sectorial Shores To Tackle Digital Transition Opportunities”. The conference is organized by the Polytechnic of Portalegre, Instituto Superior Técnico and Center for Natural Resources and Environment (CERENA). The event will bring together research communities in biomedicine, health informatics and life sciences.
There will be a workshop on Information Systems for Health Emergencies and Patient-Oriented Research, and the expected date for submission of full papers is October 10th.
All accepted papers and posters will appear in the IEEE Conference Proceedings. Selected articles will be invited to submit an expanded version to be published after the review process in special issues of journals, within the proposed thematic areas.
