When it becomes difficult to chase the truth in the news scene, some writers turn to literature. Is this a passive adjustment or a proactive attack? Are writing and expression strategies or goals? We invited three writers, Wang Bang, Poppy Sebag-Montefiore and Isolda Morillo, who have worked in China as journalists for many years, to share their writing experiences and life choices, and to discuss the necessity and difficulty of "turning around", as well as the gains and losses after turning around. The conversation will be moderated by Shandu editor-in-chief Wu Qi.
