About event
**Discover yourself and connect with others in this dynamic, playful, and creative monthly course! The goal is to foster self-awareness, build interpersonal connections, and release mental blocks.**
Each session combines Taichi/Qigong-inspired movements, expressive improvisation, experimental drawing exercises, and introspective group interactions. Shake your body, unleash your creativity and leave feeling energized, inspired, and more connected.
**All Levels Welcome**. This course is suitable for people aged 16+ who can speak English and/or German. No prior knowledge of drawing or movement techniques is required - the focus is on personal discovery and shared experience, not technique.

Hi, I'm [Juan-Carlos Rosa-Casasola](https://www.juancarlosrosacasasola.com/) (Juancar/he/him), a Berlin-based artist and art instructor offering painting and drawing classes for adults who want to explore their creativity in a fun, supportive environment.
My workshops are for all levels - ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to reconnect with their creative side. My warm and playful teaching style might help you to let go of perfectionism, enjoy the process, and grow your creative confidence — step by step.
