About event
Contact Beyond Contact is a dance and healing practice that brings together intuitive movement, somatic awareness, relational touch, contact improvisation, and principles from embodied traditions such as yoga and qigong. Gently building dance skills that support ease, fluidity, and the ability to move with yourself and another with more clarity and confidence. It also incorporates systemic insights from Family Constellations, helping us explore the dynamics that shape how we meet connection, relationship, and life itself.
This practice isn’t about performing or achieving.
It’s an invitation to be fully here — to listen, to respond, and to let movement arise from an honest heart space.
A way to notice what is alive within us, what emerges in contact with another, and how the collective field influences our experience - and how we influence it.
Each movement can be a portal into greater awareness, as it reflects our emotional landscape, our patterns of relating, and the subtle layers of experience that often stay unspoken.
When we move with presence and from the heart space, our dance becomes a genuine conversation and exploration — with deeper and deeper layers of ourselves and another.
It supports you to:
• return to your own lived experience
• meet one another with clarity and openness
• explore boundaries, trust, and connection within a safe space
• find regulation, grounding, and integration through movement
• reconnect with a sense of belonging within the larger whole
CBC does not require any dance experience
It offers a space for you to raise your awareness within the present moment and explore the authenticity and vulnerability within relational contact.
About me: Besides being a Contact Beyond Contact Level 3 facilitator, I support people in 1:1 coachings through a blend of gestalt-based dialogue, systemic constellations, and trauma-sensitive inquiry.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, relational and somatic — supporting people to gain clarity, release old patterns, and reconnect with their own inner authority and authentic sense of self.
Sliding scale 15–25 €, depending on what feels right for you.
