👥 Who is CBC for?
The lessons are intended for everyone (men and women) who like to dance, who want to discover new possibilities of movement and deepen the connection with themselves and with others on the dance floor.
CBC are especially suitable for:
🌿 for couple dance dancers who want to feel more relaxed, to let go of thinking in the head, open up to greater creativity and gain more self-confidence when interacting with others
🌿 for lovers of free forms of dance, where we connect through contact with others and learn to listen to the body and the moment
🌿 for everyone else who wants to improve the perception of their own body, discover the joy of authentic movement and develop their ability to be in contact with others
No previous experience or knowledge is needed - just openness and taste discover.
💃 Instructor
The lesson will be led by Renata Nýdrlová, a certified CBC Level 3 facilitator.
Renata has more than 15 years of experience in partner dances (salsa, bachata, Brazilian zouk) and at the same time loves various forms of free dance, where there is room for authentic expression as well as playfulness and creativity.
CBC combines elements of both - and that's why she fell in love with this method and is happy to pass it on 💛
The Contact Beyond Contact method was created by Vangelis Legakis and is accredited by the Unity Space organization.
