Yes, we have them again .. because they are just good. Most recently in the club in 2023, we did not miss the opportunity to organize another concert with the band.
Copperhead County is one of just a few bands in the Netherlands that are completely committed to Southern Rock. Inspired by legendary role models such as Blackberry Smoke, The Outlaws and many others, the six passionate musicians play their "footwill and beer -lifting melodies" across Europe. Soulful and captivating Southern Rock, which allows the listeners to dive into the authentic and characteristic atmosphere of the South.
it sounds, feels and looks like Southern Rock, so Copperhead County - despite Dutch origin - is pure pure southern rock. The smoky voice and the sensitive texts about the everyday life of singer Corvin New Year's Eve, together with the characteristic country ore sound by Robert van Voorden (guitar), the striking Hammond sound by Jordy Duitscher (Keys) and the soulful and harmonious backing vocals of Lotte, the soul of the band forms. Alex Stolwijk (drums) and Johan van Dijk (bass) ensure the heartbeat. Together they have to share the common ambition, their love for Southern Rock with the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. The band toured large parts of Europe, from Germany to Slovakia and from the Netherlands to Austria. And now there is "Homebound" (2022), the band's second album. Filled with ten Southern rock classics that are guaranteed to dream from the south. For mixing and producing, the band worked with the internationally renowned Matt Wallace, who is known for his work with Faith No more, R.E.M., Maroon 5, Blackberry Smoke and many others.
