About event
Hello!
We invite you to the free continuation of the CORE series, during which another community or collective will take over our space for one evening. This time we pass the word to the ____BRÜNN platform:
"The freedom to live your life as you want. The freedom to do what I want and say what I want. The freedom to play the music of my heart without anyone bothering. The freedom to play the music of my heart, without anyone caring. Freedom to wear the same, misunderstood hairstyle. Freedom to do nothing. Freedom to immigrate from Western Europe and let yourself be enslaved by a global corporation. Freedom to drive anywhere and take a vacation every year. Freedom to go anywhere in a barrel. Freedom to choose a dictator The freedom to not have Facebook and Instagram and still organize concerts. The freedom to choose not to attend such a concert over the fact that no one came. The freedom to end your life as you like. The freedom to write an emotionally blackmailing invitation to a concert." You've already tried a lot of things in music, jazz is for kids, rock for photos, so you just want to play whatever comes to your mind with a friend. You release all of it on vinyl that no one buys because you love vinyl. You have no clips, photos, internet and nowhere to find out anything about you. In a rare reflection on a specialized website, the reviewer can't decide if you're a follower of Stravinsky, or just recording the sounds of an up-and-coming band before they actually start playing. What is undeniable is the quirky sense of humor. In general, you operate in such a way that no one finds out about you. And above all, you don't give a concert at all until some weirdo from Brno invites you to do so. So, in your sixties, you rent a van and head east. You play for beer and a few euros and sleep in the car. Every morning you get up at six and run fifteen kilometers to see Přerov.

Tomáš Vtípil
You live in your own world. At fifteen, you can play the complete Beatles, so your next steps logically lead to the underground. With bands with obscure names, you win alternative shows, and in their heyday you can drive dozens of people out of the hall. You are becoming a pioneer of "laptop music", and of course you also play the laptop with strings or teeth. While your companions head towards the mainstream, you explore the frontiers of music. Your approach to the violin makes school teachers instinctively throw themselves off cliffs and claw their eyes out. The number of your projects and collaborations across musical and artistic genres exceeds the realm of real numbers. Each of your performances is unique, you throw at the audience abstract electronics, frantic noise and noise, balance and garbage, opera and shouting into the microphone. You still believe you play pop, but as a welcome step you label yourself as a noisemaker. It may have been stolen from you, but you are unstoppably becoming a legend.

N00100000!< br/>You live in Brno. So you at least want to have a band with your friends, so you put it together with three bass guitars, even if everyone tells you it's stupid and it won't work. It probably doesn't really work that well, but you'll get used to it and so will people. It does lack vocals or an autoharp, but screw that. You make up music that you can't play, but you don't let it make you nervous. Your name is unpronounceable, let alone understood. You leave promotional photos, press kits and anything even remotely resembling management to the nerds. After 10 years you release a cassette and after another 5 years a video clip consisting of color grain. Glaciers are melting a thousand times faster than you. You will never complete the next recordings. People would still like to hear some new songs, but you want to play the same thing for 50 years, don't the Beatles have anything new?
