Core Flow

Join this dynamic and energizing practice that blends core strengthening exercises with intentional and controlled movements

This class, open to all levels, will focus mainly on the abs, obliques, and lower back, while maintaining the flow and breath of traditional yoga. Expect to move through a series of challenging poses and exercises that build stability and strength, followed by a gentle, restorative cool down to lengthen the body and reset the mind.
It's an intense, yet fun practice that leaves you feeling both empowered and centred.
This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
