🥾 **What's the plan?**
We will start in **Llançà** and spend two days kayaking along the impressive coast of the **Cap de Creus Natural Park**, one of the wildest and most spectacular in the Mediterranean. The route will take us through cliffs, sea caves and hidden coves accessible only from the sea.
Each day we will paddle between **5 and 6 hours**, with time to rest, swim and enjoy the surroundings. The pace will be constant but relaxed, to fully savor nature in its purest form.
At the end of the first day, we will sleep in a bivouac, outdoors and next to the sea, in a quiet and secluded natural place.
On the second day we will continue the route until we reach **Portlligat**, a charming cove next to **Cadaqués**, where the journey ends. **Transportation back to Llançà is included.**

This is a demanding coastal expedition, aimed at people with **good physical condition** and **previous kayaking experience**[. No](http://kayak.no/) you need to be an expert, but you do need to have paddled before and feel comfortable spending several hours in the sea.
We will paddle between **5 and 6 hours a day**, in open water and exposed sections, where **wind and waves** can increase the difficulty depending on weather conditions.
👉 **It is mandatory to know how to swim.**

🏡 **Accommodation**: We will sleep outdoors, in a **bivouac**, in a wild camping area permitted by the park.
We will not bring a tent: only **sleeping bag, mat and the starry sky**. 🌌

🚙 **How ​​will we get there?** We will share private cars. When you sign up, you will be asked to let us know if you have a car and how many people can go with you. We will share the costs of gasoline and tolls. The price of the car trip per person will be €15.

🎒 **What to bring:** Closed footwear that can get wet (old sneakers, Crocs, pumps...), swimsuit or shorts suitable for rowing, thermal or lycra shirt (you will get wet), towel + complete change of clothes for after the activity, tape to hold glasses (if you wear them), sunglasses + sunscreen, sleeping material: sleeping bag, mat, food and water for 3 days *(It is cooking is prohibited inside the Natural Park)*
