Jan Poš is a Czech lighting designer and audiovisual artist who focuses on connecting light, sound, movement and space, primarily through site-specific installations. His work often explores the boundaries between the real and virtual world, which he disrupts through 3D computer simulations, which he then transforms into a physical form.

He studied at the Faculty of Art and Design of the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in the Time Based Media studio and currently continues studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. Jan Poš participated in several important projects, for example the competition for new lighting in the Florenc subway passage, where the goal was to connect architecture with innovative lighting design.

He also worked as a lecturer at the summer school for pedagogues at Kunsthalle Prague, where he led workshops focused on experiments with light and sound.
