Cringe Prince, Market: Čistírna1906 Season opening

This year marks 120 years since the creation of the architectural monument of the Old Wastewater Treatment Plant from 1906. The start of a new season and at the same time the opening of a new chapter in the functioning of this unique place.

The treatment plant is gradually activated so that it is open to people — as a space for an exceptional cultural program, meetings and everyday spending of time. A place for families with children, sports, history and contemporary art.

The evening's musical program will be opened by a live performance by Cringe Prince and the band Market.

The program of the cultural and artistic platform Petrohradská kolektiv, as a guarantor of the cultural component, has long been connecting contemporary music with other art forms — sound, visual art, performance and specific spaces.

Each evening arises as a unique situation responding to the place and its context. The space here is not a backdrop, but an active part of the experience.

Entrance works as a voluntary (supporter) entrance fee. This is not a classic ticket, but an opportunity to participate in the operation of the program.

Contributions directly enable artists' fees, production and maintenance of the space.
