Crippled Black Phoenix is a British experimental rock band formed in 2004 by Justin Greaves, former drummer of Electric Wizard. Their music combines elements of post-rock, progressive rock, psychedelia and alternative metal, often working with melancholic and cinematically epic atmospheres. The band is known for their expansive compositions, intense instrumental passages and emotive lyrics that deal with existential themes, loss and introspection.
Crippled Black Phoenix have built a cult status thanks to their live performances, where the atmosphere often turns into hypnotic and trance-like moments. With each album, the band experiments with new sounds and arrangements, while maintaining a characteristic melancholic and epic signature. Their work appeals not only to fans of progressive and post-rock, but also to those looking for music full of depth, emotional intensity and an original approach to rock aesthetics.
Temple Fang is an Amsterdam band that has established itself as a distinctive voice in the field of psychedelic and space rock since its formation in 2018. Their music is characterized by long, hypnotic tracks that combine elements of progressive rock and jamming. The band draws inspiration from bands like Kyuss, The Grateful Dead and Motorpsycho, which is reflected in their energetic and improvised performances.
