Come with us to celebrate the biggest party of the year in the waters of the Douro River aboard an unforgettable Cruise!
At 13:00 on the 31st, departure from Lisbon on a tourist bus to to the undefeated city (you can choose one of two meeting points: at 1pm in Campo Grande, next to the Radisson Blu Hotel; or 1:30pm, at Parque da Cidade de Loures).
At 5pm: 00, check-in at AC Hotel Porto 4* or similar. At 6:30 pm, departure from the hotel, followed by boarding the Cruise at 7:30 pm.
From 8:15 pm, "Welcome Drink" (see MENU) and, at 9:30 pm, start of the dinner service (see MENU). At midnight, ring in the New Year with sparkling wine and raisins service. Time to watch the fireworks on the banks of the Douro and musical entertainment.
At 1 am, return the boat to the pier and New Year's buffet (see MENU).
January 1st, departure towards Braga, to New Year's Lunch followed, at 4pm, by a visit to the Living Nativity Scene of Priscos. Return to Lisbon at 5:30 pm.
MENU:
- Welcome Drink: Martini (white or red); white port wine; gin and tonic, mineral water, still orange juice; soft drinks, solid appetizers, meat burgers, shrimp burgers, croquettes, samosas, cod fritters, meatloaf, seafood canapés, melon skewers with ham, sausage puffs, "vol-au-vent" shrimp, roasted chorizo and cornbread.
- Dinner Set: Starters (carrot cream sprinkled with almonds and dried parsley); Main Dishes (chipped cod with cornbread on a bed of greens accompanied by smashed potatoes, veal tourniquet with sautéed mushrooms and raisin rice); "Buffet" desserts (king cake, sponge cake, egg pudding, French toast, vermicelli, cream, assorted sweet miniatures, chocolate mousse, profiteroles, selection of sliced fruits, fruit skewers with chocolate fountain, selection of cheeses and dried fruits); Drinks (mature white and red wine, white Vinho Verde, still and sparkling mineral water, still orange juice, coffee, decaffeinated and tea).
- New Year's Buffet: caldo verde, selection of cheeses, roast suckling pig, carved chicken, stewed gizzards, mini nails on bread, shrimp cocktail, rojõezinhos, roasted sausage, mushrooms stuffed with bacon.
NOTE: Drinks included during dinner service. Digestives not included.
