The play "Red and Gold" by Božidar Knežević, directed by Ivica Vidanović, where the main roles are played by Jelica Kovačević (the character of Jefimija) and Dragana Vujić (the character of Empress Milica), combines history, myth and art. Knežević's text emphasizes the power of words and decisions made by these two women, while director Ivica Vidaković successfully guides the audience through the play's layered symbolism. Verica Rakočević's costumes, Zoran Čalija's scenography, as well as Ninoslav Ademović's music add to the authenticity and emotional power of the performance. with the fate of the people and maternal courage.
