Crywank is a three-member anti-Folk/punk band from Manchester in the United Kingdom, focusing on sad songs, moving between straightforward and confessional creation to ironic and self-underestimating style. They released eight albums (including the cult classic of the Tomorrow Is Nearly Yesterday and Everyday is Stupid) and played more than 1,000 concerts around the world, and they have never managed everything and never signed a contract with the publishing house. They try to bring something new and interesting. Their aim is to show people what is in them and influence them as they used to be affected. They want people to feel strong emotions from their music. It does not matter whether they will be positive or negative but to be felt.

Elia, a student of musicology and film sound (FIF UK, VŠMU), likes to seek the boundaries of genres and tries to pass them. The result is a varied sound palette, but it is not torn out of the context, but goes through evolution throughout the set.
