Transformation - Responsibility - Sustainability

CSRcamp2025 on November 21st, 2025 in presence in Berlin: The unconference on all topics related to corporate social responsibility

The world is in upheaval, it is in a transformation. Fundamental changes in different areas of our work and life challenge us. What was believed to be certain begins to falter. Worries are spreading. Just think of the war in Europe, climate change, populism and the growing autocracies in Europe or overseas, new nationalism with closed borders or erratic customs deals and digital threats, to name just a few.

These and many other topics affect companies, organizations and institutions that have to behave responsibly. But they also affect us as individuals in our different areas of life and work. It is up to all of us to find answers and solutions together with which we can respond to the current challenges. And with which we are setting the course for future development today. Responsible and sustainable.

The CSRcamp sees the signs of the times and accepts the transformation.

We offer a forum that, based on contemporary corporate responsibility of sustainably responsible companies, opens our eyes to the challenges of transformation. We look beyond company boundaries to organizations and groups of actors from science, politics, business and civil society. And bring them into conversation with each other.

In the well-known mode of “unconference at eye level”, the CSRcamp brings together committed people who are committed to responsible sustainable transformation and who are looking for - and want to help shape - the discourse.

Topic sponsors have announced the first virulent topics, such as ethical mining - finite resources, responsible cybersecurity, Skilled labor migration, CSR in the music industry, sufficiency in housing construction and a few more.

YOU can bring your topic with you and put it up for discussion on Friday, November 21st in Berlin. We look forward to seeing you!

We start with a short, moderated but open panel (fishbowl) and then move on to the pitch, where you can present your topics and ideas, which we then discuss in the sessions.

The CSRcamp offers an exchange at eye level. Managers discuss with students, scientists with representatives from politics and civil society. Despite all the (possible and certainly desired) controversy, all participants are united by the concern for a responsible design of our current and future coexistence. How do you feel about this? What are your proven good practices? What are your previously unheard of crazy ideas?

There is plenty of opportunity for personal conversations during the breaks, networking and exchanging best practices.

The following schedule is planned:

  • 10:00 a.m. Arrival / Coffee Session
  • 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Welcome, introductions
  • 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Impulse Podium (Fishbowl)
