About event
The October meeting of the Reading Club in the Dialogue Center will be dedicated to the 1984 George Orwell novel. 📖
Totalitarian inspection, rewriting history and constant supervision-Roman 1984 forces readers to think about how easily freedom can disappear. What parallels do we find today and what "truth" do we choose ourselves?
🗣️ The meeting will be led by Lenka Marková. We recommend participants to read the book in advance and choose a passage they would like to share and consider it together.
