The workshop with the lecturer Veronika Knytlová will take place during the four evenings and is intended for all who want to develop their body in motion. The workshop combines a movement game and improvisation with the development of a healthy and functional body.

The previous experience in movement is not necessary. It is about recording energy in a pleasant and joyful atmosphere. The technical part of the lessons focuses on the right attitude and movement in terms of physiological optimum with an individual approach to each participant. Relaxation. The lecturer draws on the techniques of contact improvisation, yoga, somatic methods of working with the body and other inspirational resources from her rich professional practice.
