About event
We cordially invite you to a guided tour of the exhibition Katrin Hochschuh & Adam Donovan: Curious Tautophone - Tensor Field Ontology on Thursday 5th 6, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
///
Robotic installation with a responsive projection of the art pair of Katrin Hochschuh and Adam Donovan is as an art apparatus as an instrument for music or a means of psychology and physics. Here, Tautophone refers to the projective "auditory Rorschach" test developed by psychologists Skinner, Rosenzweig and Shakow in the 30s and 40s of the 20th century, while Curious (curious) refers to the motivation of the robot to explore its surroundings and learn. The task of Curious Tautophone, which reflects the human ability to feel inanimate objects, is to recalibrate the cognitive tissue that combines humans and the machine.

This robotic installation with responsive projection is as flies and apparatus of art as it is and tool for music and an instrument of psychology and physics. TAUTAPHONE IS AND REFERENCE TO THE PROTECTIVE "Audit Rorschach" Tests Developed by Psychologists Skinner, Rosenzweig, and Shakow in the 1930s and 1940s, while curious here.
