"Make Your Wings And Fly" Tour 2026
03/19/2026 • Berlin • Prachtwerk
Admission: 7:00 p.m. • Start: 8:00 p.m.
CURLY STRINGS – although they originally wanted to be anything but a classic folk band, they are now one of the most famous voices in the Estonian folk scene. With their debut album “Üle ilma” (2014) they won four Estonian music awards, including in the Album of the Year category. Only two years later, the international award for European Bluegrass Band of the Year followed.
CURLY STRINGS have now released seven albums, toured through Europe, Japan and Canada and even worked with symphony orchestras in Estonia and Germany. Their trademark: sincere singing, fresh arrangements and stories that get under your skin even without knowledge of the Estonian language. Many concertgoers rave: Estonian sounds like “Elvish” and gives the music a special magic.
Their new EP “Make Your Wings and Fly” will be released on October 24, 2025, which will be performed live for the first time on the upcoming tour - supplemented by highlights from over ten years of band history.
