About event
Are you looking for a way to exercise and spend time with your baby at the same time? Join us for an exercise class for mothers on maternity leave at G19 Old Town Cultural Center.
The exercise is aimed at relaxing the spine, shoulders and neck, as well as strengthening the core and pelvic floor. Children can participate in a playful way, and at the end you can relax with pleasant music and breathing exercises.
Dates: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25. (Fridays) from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Entrance fee: €12 / 5 entries for €50
Lecturer: Lucia Parobeková
Pads are available, but we recommend bringing your favorite toys and blankets for children.
