Aquaprenatal lessons for pregnant women take place in the regularly inspected pool at TC Empire Trnava (Jána Hajdóczyho 7736/11). They are suitable from the end of 12 tt until the end of pregnancy 🤰
Exercise helps to relieve the weight of the abdomen, sore back, increase agility and maintain a pleasantly active life even during this period of the woman.
Treat yourself to well-deserved relaxation while exercising, which is considered the most suitable sports activity during pregnancy according to the WHO, and prepare for childbirth in terms of better physical condition 💞
