Even in the 2024/2025 school year, we have prepared a series of regular workshops "How to do a reading workshop" for you.
The aim of the seminars is to help not only teaching staff, but also librarians from children's departments to navigate the current production of literature for children and young people. We are thinking together about the possibilities of using contemporary children's literature in teaching, during reading workshops or during project teaching.
In this series, we present the following topics:
- September: Books about intergenerational relationships
- October: Forests, trees, gardens in fiction and non-fiction
- November: heroes in books for children
- December: Science fiction and fantasy for children
- January: Manga for children and youth
Meetings take place in two forms:
- physically : Monday dates are held in the premises of the Studovna Sukovy knihovna in the form of a discussion
- online: the Tuesday dates take place in the form of a webinar (we will send the link before the event)
So you can choose which form is more suitable for you. It is possible to participate in the entire cycle or only selected topics.
