🇬🇧 All Screenings Are English Friendly. English Annotation Below. In his films, he boldly examined taboo forms of love, sex and power relationships, especially when these elements grow into the highest social strata. Films as beasts not only moved the boundaries of film censorship, but also opened discussions about the relationship between art, sex and commerce.

After almost twenty years after his death, the director's work enjoys new interest. Borowczyk was a master of assembly, he brought a painting to cinematography and his films can now be perceived as artifacts.
