About event
Czech Pagan Siege is a two-stop tour in which we bring you a group of pagans from Austria - Heathen Foray after ten long years to Prague and for the first time to Pilsen. Just ten years ago, Heathen Foray stood on the Prague stage alongside Odraedir, and a year earlier the two bands also performed together on several stages in Austria and Germany as part of the Mid-European Pagan Siege tour. Now we bring you this pagan connection enriched with energetic folk metal performed by Prayers in Vain, and at the Prague stop you can also look forward to Ewenay, a folk metal band that will surely impress you not only with the combination of growl and pure singing performed by two vocalists.
Heathen Foray
This group of pagan raiders has really experienced a lot since their formation in 2006, and it is on the Czech Pagan Siege tour that they will present their sixth studio album, Oathbreaker, which they released in 2023. Since then, the album has been highly anticipated good reviews. Heathen Foray is melodic death metal combining elements of folk metal and viking/pagan metal.

Odraedir
Odraedir is a Prague pagan metal band that was formed in the fall of 2009 In October 2023, the band released their second full-length album entitled Vengeance, which they presented during 2024 both on the club scene and at festivals in the Czech Republic and abroad. Performed by Odraedir, you can look forward to an energetic combination of epic choruses and melodic death metal riffs, enriched with some unconventional pagan metal musical elements.

Prayers in Vain
The Pilsen band Prayers in Vain has been actively touring since 2017 Their style can be simply defined as folk metal – sharp guitars are complemented by melodic lines of violins, flutes and medieval bagpipes. The group finds inspiration partly in Scandinavian metal, partly in folk music from various historical periods. In 2019, the Chances demo was released, 3 years later they released the Prayers in Vain EP "Sacrifice of War", which they baptized in the Pilsen club Parlament, where the Czech Pagan Siege tour will also take us.

Ewenay
This eight-piece formation was formed in 2017. Since then, they have released two demos, one single and in 2022 an EP called Dark Harvest. In their music, they combine classic folk metal with metal core elements, and it's clear from the first notes that it's going to be fun!
